This policy explains how Yousef Zaiter (Yousef Trading & Investment Projects SPC (CR No. 1526184), As Seeb, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman) collects and uses information through the website yousefzaiter.com and our Instagram integration app (Meta App “yousef abu zaiter”).

1. Who this applies to

This applies to visitors of yousefzaiter.com, and to people who interact (comment or send messages) with Instagram accounts we manage, including @yousefztr2 and accounts of clients who authorize our app.

2. Information we collect

• From connected Instagram professional accounts (with the owner’s permission): account ID, username, profile info, published media, media insights, comments and direct messages received by that account.
• From people who comment or message the account: Instagram username/ID, the text of the comment or message, and its date. We do not access private profiles, contacts, or any data beyond what the account receives.
• From website visitors: information you submit in forms (name, phone, email, business details) and standard analytics/cookie data.

3. How we use it

• To publish content that the account owner has approved, on their schedule.
• To read comments and messages so the account owner can reply, including sending a reply or the requested resource (for example a free guide or prompt) when a user asks for it in a comment or message.
• To notify the account owner about new inquiries and keep a simple lead list (username, message, date, status).
• To measure content performance with Instagram insights.

We never sell personal data and never use it for advertising profiles.

4. Sharing

Data is processed only through the services needed to run the features: Meta (Instagram API), Google (Sheets, to store the lead list), Telegram (private notifications to the account owner), and our own server. We share data with authorities only when required by law.

5. Retention and security

Lead records are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Access tokens are stored on a private, access-restricted server and are never shared.

6. Your rights and data deletion

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time. See our Data Deletion Instructions or email yousefzaiter.ads@gmail.com. Account owners can also disconnect the app anytime from Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites.
